I am a PhD student of Imperial College London based in the Department of Entomology at the Natural History Museum London. Supervised by Professor Alfried Vogler and Dr. Frank Krell, (Curator of Entomology at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science) I work on the molecular systematics and DNA taxonomy of Dung Beetles, particularly focusing on the phylogenetic structure of Dung Beetle communities, species richness and turnover of species across wide geographical ranges. Within the NHM I also hold the positon as Entomology Student Rep and act as the student representative on the Entomology Department Health and Safety Committee.
Prior to joining the Vogler laboratory I have held a number of positions within Government, most notably in the former Police Science and Technology Unit / Home Office Science Policy Unit and within UK Trade and Investment.
